I’ve had a recent maternity shoot with Kamara Photography. Being pregnant I haven’t felt very nice in my own body but my shoot with Kamara Photography was the first real time I’ve felt beautiful and I love every picture. It’s definitely an experience I will cherish forever, she makes you feel very comfortable and her ideas are unique and amazing! Would 100% recommend.

Pregnancy is such a beautiful time and I believe every expecting mother should have professional photographs. These moments are ever so fleeting and capturing them is so special.
Many women that come into my Bristol maternity studio tell me that the reason they’ve booked is because their pregnancy has made them feel self conscious about their bodies and they could do with the confidence boost.
I truly believe that once you leave my studio you’ll feel so much happier and confident about your body, you’ll see yourself the way that others see you - which is beautiful.

When you should book and what to expect!
I typically prefer to schedule my maternity sessions anywhere from 30-36 weeks when your bump is nice and big. We will work together around your schedule to pick the perfect date for your session.
I have a variety of beautiful outfits in my studio that you are welcome to use, but you can always wear your own clothes.
If you’re unsure of how you should pose for your photos then don’t worry, I’ll guide you through the entire process!

The best time for a maternity shoot is around 30-35 weeks of pregnancy so that you have a nice sized bump for your shoot.
I take a very limited number of bookings per month so I always recommend booking in advance.
When is the best time to book a maternity shoot?
Do I need to bring anything with me to my shoot?
I have a selection of fabrics and dresses in my Bristol based photography studio which you are welcome to use, however I am more than happy for you to wear your own clothes and bring items along if you'd like to.
Can my partner and child be involved with the shoot?
Yes, absolutely!
These photos are included within every package at no extra cost.
Do I have to have nude photos?
No, this is your shoot so we will do whatever you like!
I have a selection of fabrics and dresses in the studio which you are welcome to use if you do not want nude photos
